Who we are

Archon Remodeling LLC ("Archon," "we" or "us") is a home improvement contractor in Belleville, New Jersey (NJ HIC Reg. #13VH14112200). This policy explains what information we collect through archonremodeling.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you ask for an estimate through a form on our website, we receive what you type in: your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email address, town, the type of project and any project details. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and anything you tell us.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule a visit, prepare your estimate and do the work you hire us for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Companies that help us run the website

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives the forms you send and emails them to us. Our email runs on Gmail (Google). These companies process your information to provide their services to us.

Google Ads and call tracking

We advertise on Google. Our website uses the Google tag to measure how our ads perform, for example whether a visitor who clicked an ad then sent a quote request or tapped our phone number or email address. Google may use cookies or similar technology to do this.

Visitors who arrive from a Google ad may see a Google forwarding number instead of our main number. Calls to that number ring our main line, and Google tells us basic details about the call, such as when it happened, how long it lasted and the caller's area code, so we can see which ads lead to calls.

Google Maps

Our home page shows an embedded Google map of our service area. When it loads, Google may receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to respond, do the work and keep normal business records, such as for warranty, tax and legal reasons.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
